Anticipated Hiring Range: $52,000 - $55,000
This position is an essential member of the Human Resources team. Position delivers employee relations guidance to all supervisors and employees within Campus Enterprises, administers the day-to-day operations of the performance management and employee relations processes for Campus Enterprises, and handles many functions to ensure prompt and consistent service is provided to the division, with limited oversight from the HR Manager. In addition, this position will coordinate the employee recognition and administer the training programs for the division.
The Performance Consultant will partner with the HR Manager and division to make recommendations across cross functional HR areas that align with goals of the division and the needs of the department while following HR best practices. Work closely with members of the main Human Resources team and other business partners, and serve as a liaison to ensure policies and procedures are being followed. Will offer recommendations to Campus Enterprise HR Manager regarding necessary training and new procedures needed. This position reports to the HR Manager for Campus Enterprises.
Campus Enterprises is NC State's division of retail and hospitality organizations — NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Trademark Licensing, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the Wolfpack One Card Services. Each unit shares a common goal: deliver quality and efficient services with dedicated financial support for student services and scholarships.

Minimum Experience/Education:
• Bachelor's degree and two years of progressively responsible professional human resources management experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:
• Bachelor's degree in related field of study
• SHRM, HRCI, or related HR Certification(s)
• At least five years of experience in human resources, with experience in performance management and employee relations
• Experience working within the University of North Carolina system
