|Position Description:||Assistant Director of Human Resources|
Under limited supervision from the CHRO, the ADHR coordinates and implements a broad spectrum of HR functions with a primary emphasis on employee onboarding, education, and engagement. This individual assists in recruiting and managing a diverse workforce, maintaining/revamping fair and equitable classification and compensation programs, reviewing and recommending changes/additions to personnel policies and procedures, thinking strategically to meet the human resource needs of the future, and bringing greater technology to all HR processes. As a true generalist, this individual, with appropriate training will also serve as the non-routine backup to the Payroll Manager and will also be a key member in the conversion to a new HR/payroll system (TBD). They also function in the capacity of HR Director in the absence of the CHRO. This position assumes desire for potential career progression to HR Director and CHRO.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other professionally relevant field strongly preferred. Master’s degree may eventually be required for career progression consideration.
Experience: Multiple-years’ experience in a Human Resources environment strongly preferred. Significant demonstrated experience in professions related to job summary listed above may substitute for formal education. Successful, non-degree-holding candidate must be willing to take tuition-free classes in pursuit of formal degree(s) after hire.

Hiring Range: $54,000 to $60,000 commensurate with experience.
