Position Information

Position Description:Job Summary
Design, implement and maintain the TCC compensation plan and competency framework. Perform the operational functions for the both.

Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
•Working knowledge of compensation systems.
•One year of technical experience with HRIS systems.
•Two years of experience participating, leading, or managing project teams.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to see possibilities for improving system processes, tools, functions and recommending new or improved processes.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
•General knowledge of project management processes, concepts, tools and plans.
•High level of interpersonal skills to handle confidential information.
•Ability to organize and perform diversified responsibilities on one’s own initiative, with minimal supervision.
•Proficient in office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented.
•Ability to work effectively in a diverse team-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications
•Human Resources certification.
•Strong experience with a progressive compensation system.
