|Position Description:||Washington State University Modernization Initiative seeks a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Time, Leave, and Absence Management Analyst in Pullman, WA.|
The Time, Leave, and Absence Management Analyst for WSU’s Modernization Initiative analyzes, monitors, and implements process improvement initiatives, which includes working collaboratively with an energized team of WSU Human Resources experts and consultants to implement Workday for WSU human resources, payroll, and finance.
Duties include project management, recommending process improvement, data identification and analysis for moving to a new enterprise system, and preparing personnel for new systems and updates. The incumbent must use critical judgment to interpret and apply rules and regulations, as well as State and University policies. The incumbent needs to be a self-motivated individual who can work independently with little supervision. The incumbent serves as an expert resource for department customers on policy, procedure, and best practices related to time, leave, and absence management.
