The HRIS Administrator is responsible for maintaining, processing and monitoring employment data in UltiPro, monitoring UltiPro Time Management, and handling all HRIS related general inquiries. This individual is also responsible for exporting reports of employee related data. This individual will be responsible for educating users on how to use our HRIS. The HRIS Administrator may also assist with process improvements, end user training, and implementations within the UltiPro HRIS system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for updating and maintaining employee records in UltiPro for all employment groups excluding Executives.
Complete all UltiPro distribution changes and monitor supervisor changes.
Answer all general inquires and password resets for UltiPro.
Daily and weekly monitoring of UltiPro Time Management.
Troubleshoot and report technical issues.
Maintain existing and develop new user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HR and other users as needed.
Train new system users.
Perform system audits to verify data integrity.
Develop department metrics and generate analytic reports quarterly.
Provide HRIS articles for monthly HR newsletter.
Assist with time clock maintenance and repair.
Assist with process improvements and implementations within UltiPro. Recommend innovative solutions through the use of technology.
Assist HR Manager and department with projects upon request.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources related experience with at least one year of HRIS experience required. Other requirements include: openness to learning, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Must be customer-service oriented, self-motivated and proactive toward work, and possess a strong problem-solving ability. Must have excellent attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional relationships with many different constituencies both within and outside of the university. Must be professional and able to maintain confidentiality.
General computer literacy necessary, with proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Must have experience with an HRIS system, preferably UltiPro HRIS.
