|Position Description:||St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking an Assistant Director to join it's Human Resources team. This position is responsible for employee relations, managing classification and compensation, performance management, staff development, succession planning and overseeing the data entry of Personnel Action Forms. Additionally, the Assistant Director will supervise the Human Resources Assistant and student worker(s) and work closely with the Director of Human Resources on daily operations and implementing strategic initiatives. |
