2020 and Beyond: Using Talent Acquisition and Analytic Strategies to Build the Workforce of the Future
In 2020, a fundamental transformation will occur in how organizations work, as well as the composition of their workforces. Research shows that automation and artificial intelligence will replace many human tasks, thus changing the capabilities that organizations require from their workforces. This shift requires HR leaders to change from focusing on HR practices to asking their organizations how they will hire for the future. Integration of talent acquisition, workforce analytics and planning plays a significant role in helping organizations respond to this question so that they have the right people in place to meet their future organizational needs.
