Lessons Learned From an Employee Card Game Gone Wrong
Take part in a mock activity of Indiana University’s successful workplace training program. Through the activity, you'll learn how to increase employees' self-awareness of individual responsibilities, teach them the impact that their communications and behaviors have on each other, and understand when to self-edit their actions and reactions to individuals and situations. This easily transferable program is an inexpensive and easily customizable way to create a culture of respect and dignity between employees and work groups at your institution.
