Making Strategic Decisions Related to Decentralized HR on Your Campus
Do you know how much your university spends on decentralized HR? Findings suggest HR functions are occurring with greater intensity throughout the decentralized units. In this session, we will present unique, proprietary and activity-based (spend and effort) data on HR spending from 14 public institutions — nationwide and of varying size. We will also present in-depth case studies from two universities, both examining and understanding the HR spending. Join us to learn more about these data and university leaders' experience in developing strategies around HR spend and effort. The session will be moderated by a professor of strategy with experience in private industry and higher education, who will offer his insights throughout the session.
