Striving for Equity and Bias-Free Evaluations Ratings Using Statistical Analysis
Learn about a study that focuses on the identification of potential bias with annual employee evaluations. By using statistical procedures, HR was able to detect potential rating bias. Roughly, 1,700 of Tarrant County College’s full-time staff are evaluated annually. All full-time Staff are required to go through a training, which helps to minimize the likelihood of evaluation bias including sex, race, age, income and others.
