Liberating Structures II: Continuing to Explore Novel Tools for Engagement
In the popular Liberating Structures concurrent session at last year's conference, attendees were introduced to four basic Liberating Structures and learned about the viral spread of these exciting new tools that are changing the culture of higher education. In this interactive session, we will do a brief review of the theory behind these very effective group processes, and then dive right in to learning and applying several new structures to improving human resources in higher education. Don’t worry if you didn’t attend the 2017 session — you'll still be glad to attend this year's session! The 2017 session slides will be posted to the CUPA-HR Annual Conference Session Materials page for reference.
