In a very short amount of time, George Mason University experienced many leadership changes that created upheaval in HR: our CHRO retired, our deputy CHRO went on an unexpected medical leave, and our senior vice president left for another institution. Hear how we survived these challenging times and leadership changes at multiple levels. With a special focus on HR metrics and analytics used, we will share how we gained the support of interim leaders and prepared for and integrated new leaders.
