Reactivating Affirmative Action Toward More Equitable Personnel Practices

Designed to empower and engage, this workshop will challenge attendees to critically increase their knowledge of implicit bias, affirmative action and gaps in regulatory implementation. We'll also share how to prepare institutional leadership, management and HR practitioners to utilize research-informed approaches to holistically assess current personnel practices, identify and implement equity enhancements, and champion workforce diversity across the organization.
