Empowering Faculty and Staff With Dispute Resolution Options
Using dispute resolution measures has only recently been embraced as a viable alternative to traditional complaint and grievance processes. This session will examine conceptualization and implementation challenges from two distinct perspectives: a large, national institution and a local, regional institution. This session will also contrast the challenges of the start-up center with the challenges of maintaining a large, extremely active dispute resolution center.
