Using Data to Generate INSIGHTS and Improve Your HR Customer Experience
As HR professionals, we tend to struggle with the use of data to quantify our own performance and justify investment in HR, yet we advise our clients, customers and leaders to do just that. Using data to enhance your HR service delivery does not need to be difficult, but it does require an inquisitive nature, commitment to continuous improvement and a desire to optimize precious available resources. This presentation will highlight some core principles and provide lessons learned from UVA.
