Embedding Racial Equity Strategies into HR Practices

Come learn evidence-based strategies to enhance the racial diversity of a campus workforce. We'll explore relationships between institutional values, campus racial climate, recruitment patterns, and hiring. Participants will gain pragmatic approaches and resources to improve the racial diversity of their campus workforce, learn inclusive strategies to improve training and retention of this workforce, and acquire new ideas to enhance organizational development.
