Are you a Mind-Full or Mindful Leader? Application of Mindfulness for HR
Do you often find yourself mind-full instead of mindful? Some estimates suggest that we invest as much as 50 percent of our waking hours in mind-wandering. In this session, we'll talk about what mindfulness means, why it is important for leaders, and how we can practically implement mindfulness in our daily lives, both personal and professional.
