Advancing Inclusive Leadership Through Faculty and Staff Shared Learning
Women in higher education are faced with several challenges regardless of the position they hold, ranging from salary and promotion inequity to issues of harassment and bias. University of Michigan HR is working to understand these issues and is targeting interventions and support for faculty and staff leaders within shared learning spaces. In this session, we'll explore a variety of programmatic approaches to support the advancement and development of women leaders within higher education; discuss interventions women leaders are utilizing in order to advance across different institutions; and explore evaluative methods to measure programmatic outcomes.
