Using REAL Talks to Challenge Unconscious Bias

REAL Talks (Respectfully, Engage, and Listen/Learn) is a powerful new tool to challenge unconscious bias while equipping organizations with the platform and space to have interactive conversations about topics impacting us inside and outside of the workplace. As more campuses grapple with questions surrounding the limits of free expression and divisive speech, employees benefit from learning from each other’s perspectives and experiences, enabling more effective engagement and partnership. In this session, you'll learn how to incorporate REAL Talks to challenge unconscious bias and teach respectful dialogues.
