REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: If not already signed in, use your personal CUPA-HR credentials to sign in to your account.

STEP 2: Click the appropriate button below (“Register Myself” or “Register Someone Else”). Select the person you wish to register. If a person you want to register is not in the list, select “Add a new contact” and submit his or her COMPLETE contact information, including e-mail address (remember to confirm the e-mail address on the next line). 

STEP 3: Provide an answer for the Questions section (if applicable) and click the “Save Responses” button.  

STEP 4: Click the “Add” button to the right of a title in the Program section to register this person for the e-learning course. If registering multiple registrants, repeat steps 2-4 as needed for each registrant.

STEP 5: Click the “Proceed to Checkout” button at the bottom right of the screen, enter payment information and submit the registration(s). Each registrant will receive an e-mail confirmation.

 

TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED, EACH PERSON YOU REGISTER MUST HAVE A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS LISTED.

The Just the Facts: Key Court Decisions of 2014 is an interactive e-learning course designed to help the learner understand how various legal cases can impact how HR practitioners must do their work. It will also assist the learner in changing the way we talk about, think about and ultimately respond to existing albeit potentially legal issues. The course uses several guided learning activities to reinforce the content and allow for reflection, a Course Guide to record notes and results from the activities, and a Legal Terms Glossary.
